The lack of Quranic approaches in the production of Quran-based humanities is still felt, despite the predominance of the philosophical approach in critical approaches to modern humanities, which has become very common in the Islamic world and in Iran for several decades. It seems that the capacity of the method of thematic exegesis (al-Tafsīr al-mawdū'ī, Arabic: التفسیر الموضوعیّ) in this regard, can be used to bring the Holy Quran into the field of humanities. Thematic exegesis, according to whether its subject is inside or outside the Qur'an, has several functions in criticizing the structure of modern knowledge and scientific research, as well as the production of Islamic humanities. It is possible to make use of thematic exegesis of the inside of the Holy Book of Quran in order to “fundamental criticism” of the general fundamentals of humanities -the fundamentals of epistemology, axiology, ontology and anthropology- and it is also possible to use thematic exegesis for constructing and producing foundation of humanities obtained from the Holy Quran. It is used by thematic interpretation exegesis of the outside of the Holy Book of Quran -such as Shahīd (martyr) Sadr’s interrogational approach- to answer the problems of humanities and this process faces challenges such as the complexity and multiplicity of the “subject” of the humanities that exist in modern terminology of this field. It can be used in order to solve this issue in some cases to know the process of the change of the components of the modern of the conceptual history’s approach and also by analyzing the issue into several components can be shown that the components are not necessarily a product of the modern era and can be followed up in the Holy Quran and can be found up in the Holy Quran. The perspective of the Holy Quran, after that, regarding the modern subject in the desired field by the “combining” of the results obtained based on the thematic interpretation.

The Online Public Catalog (OPAC) is an information retrieval system characterized by short bibliographic records, mainly of books, journals, and audiovisual materials available in a particular library. This is coupled with Boolean search interface and heterogeneous user problems for subject searching by end users. To perform effective subject searching in the OPAC system requires a wide range of knowledge and skills. Various approaches to improving the OPAC design for subject searching have been proposed and are reviewed in this article. The trend toward Web-based OPAC interfaces and the developments in internet and digital library technologies present fresh opportunities for enhancing the effectiveness of the OPAC system for the subject searching.

Patents are considered as the most important kind of Intellectual Properties (IPs). The Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) is the logical and legal way of protecting the IPs. Patents and related documents are regarded as the best and rich source of technical and scientific information. In most developing countries, as well as in Iran, the patent information has not found their true operational values. To be able to reach and have access to this information, and consequently assess the state-of-the-art information, a professional searching process should be conducted. It can be showed that patent searching is a professional task and needs experience and skills. This paper discusses the important aspects of the patent documents and the mechanism of skilled searching method, and illustrates examples of searching frameworks for better mining of scientific information.

An organization is to serve the community. Thus, an explanation of its duties and responsibilities towards the community is essential. Opening up a field called corporate social responsibility and explaining its different dimensions is an attempt to this end. This concept has developed in the West following transformations of philosophical and intellectual approach to organization and its environment. The concept which was actually derived from western thought and their societies' needs and has become an issue of debate among management thinkers has not much been considered by Islamic management scholars. This paper seeks to answer the fundamental question whether there is any such thing as corporate social responsibility in the Islamic doctrine. To answer this question, we have sought some intellectual proof as one of the epistemological sources of Islam. This paper, after explaining organization's origin, has considered rights and their accompanied responsibilities, with a concluding statement about organization's responsibilities, both affirmative and negative, towards the society.

In Sufism literature, going beyond the denotative meaning of aral and written text and interpreting the text freely has been a very common pratice. The Gnostic have interprated the Quraic verses, Hadis, poems, proverbs and even child speeches. In so doing, they have generated a lot of meanings out of nonsense. In this paper, a nonsense and paradoxical tale along with seven odd interpretations of it are critically examined. Also, new ideas about Iranian culture are discussed: 1. The spread of interpretationalism and search for meaning in norsense in Iranian culture. 2. There are no rational or empirical principles in interpretation. 3. The growth and faint of Sufism has in fact been realized in the growth and faint of language and literature of Sufism. 4. Allegory is the basis of intellectualism and metaphore is the means of schizophernia of people.

Learning new cues in all branches of biological organisms, ranging from unicellular organisms to mammals, occurs in different ways. In spite of their small size and short life span, insects have an extraordinary ability to learn, memorize and use environmental cues associated with the hosts and their food sources. Having the ability to learn and recalling the cues associated with the presence of prey / host is a key factor that increases the performance and foraging capacity of biocontrol agents including the ichneumonid parasitoid wasp Venturia canescens which is one of the most important parasitoids of the family Pyralidae in the world. In this research the learning ability of V. canescens in presence of peppermint and lemon odors was investigated by Y- Olfactometer. Results showed that the wasp had no significant preference towards peppermint or lemon, but after conditioning the female wasp, a meaningful difference was observed between her response to the conditioned odor (peppermint) and unconditioned odors (lemon). Her memory's lasting period continued for 27 hours after conditioning in the absence of the learned cues. Recognizing the learning ability and memory retention of the biocontrol agent V. canescens helps improve the efficiency of its application in biological control programs.

The main issue of the court is the realization of the right, not the termination of the case. Therefore, the judge must use all kinds of arguments and ways to discover the truth. This requires judicial ijtihad, which is different from jurisprudential ijtihad. It depends on whether the judge can look for evidence to find out the truth, and whether the search for evidence has a place in judicial ijtihad. In this article, we have examined this issue based on the paradigm of judicial ijtihad. The method is descriptive-analytical and in the field of jurisprudential and legal ideas and thougths. For this discussion, first the validity of the knowledge of the judge in jurisprudence and law has been discussed and then the position and role of studying evidence in the knowledge of the judge from the perspective of jurisprudence and law has been examined. The result is the permission and obligation of the judge to study the evidence based on the paradigm of judicial ijtihad, which requires a change in the way judges are educated and the use of new methods of experimental sciences in detecting crime and achieving reality.
